Category Definitions

House - Renting entire house
Apartment - Renting entire apartment
Roommate - Current renter looking for additional roommates
Room in a Private Home - Homeowner renting per room

We will keep your posting active for 30 days, starting when your listing is approved. You must renew your listing before the day it is set to expire in order to continue to list. If you renew your listing on or after the day it expires, you will be required to start a new listing. To avoid unnecessary phone calls, please delete your posting from the system using the edit listing feature once it is rented.

The renewal limit is 6 months from the original posting date.
