5145 Golf Road, Main House (Front), ADU (Rear), 40,000-gallon pool on 60,000 SF land. It is In the Merced’s most exclusive and expensive area. Nice, quiet (No passing train noise), and very safe. Since 2018, the property has been rented exclusively... to UC Merced students. 1.2 mile from UC/Merced. UCM professor’s live nearby and most student tenants all bike/e-bike to school near classroom, in fact it is faster than car to the classroom. No need to pay for high gasoline cost, auto insurance/maintenance, school parking fee and long walking distance from school huge parking lot to classroom. Main House of 5- 2 ½ and ADU of 3- 2.
Onsite Maintenance manager will take care all outside yard maintenance and others. Total utilities including Electricity, Water, Garbage, High Speed internet, and Pest Control are shared among all tenants. it is about $140 per person per month. Please pay utilities before Dec./15 and May/15 beside the rent. There are 39 Solar panels, however tenants need to be careful Durning winter raining season. No pets please due to severe allergy issues.
