Bedroom House (Shared Housing)

1-2 bedrooms* available in Moraga. Drug-free and smoke-free; no pets allowed. I am a female graduate student who will mostly be out of the area for the year as I'm doing research out of the area. Rather than leave the house empty, I want to rent out... one or two rooms. I and my cat may be living in the house sometimes as needed (in the main bedroom) but I generally plan to try to stay out of town. I am looking for female graduate students or post-docs to live with. $800/month is the total price for one of the rooms and a private bathroom* - all listed amenities and wifi are already included. You would have the entire hallway bathroom to yourself at the $800/month rate. See details below where you can opt to share the bathroom.

The large room for rent faces the front yard and comes unfurnished, though I could provide some basics like a chair, bedside stand, bookshelf, and curtains. If there was a need, the living room couch with a full-size pull-out bed could be moved into the room. It's a 12ftx10ft room and there is extra storage space in the hallway closet.

I'm looking for someone who will take good care of their leased portions of the house and common areas.

* It's a 4-bedroom house, so I'm willing to consider emptying out one of the side rooms I'm currently using for storage if two people who know they are comfortable sharing common space (and the bathroom) in the house need a place. The pricing in that case will be $760 for the big room (12x10ft) and $675 for the smaller room (10x10ft). I'm still looking for female graduate students/post docs in this case.
