Bellevue House Rooms for Rent
Hello, this is a four bedroom and one master bedroom house. All rooms are available. It is carpeted in the rooms and common areas, except for the kitchen and bathrooms. No shoes in the house. Owners are from the AAPI community. We are looking for... clean, independent, and nice students who have common sense. This house is perfect for students who want to study and enjoy peace and quiet. The internet is 1000Mbps, which is perfect for working/gaming/watching anime.
Bills are NOT included in the rent. Students will divide the internet, waste disposal, electricity, water/sewage, and gas with however number of students are present in the house each month. Bedrooms are $500 a month and the master bedroom is $650 a month. Security deposits are required for each room, with the deposit equal to the rent of the room. The master bedroom is large with a bathtub and a nice closet. We are allowing two people to share the master bedroom together. We are doing 12 month leases that may possibly be renewed. NO SUBLETS. And no assignments preferred. No pets as well.
There is a washer and dryer for students to share. The living room does have a TV for students to use with couches to sit on. There is a kitchen table with chairs for dining. The AC and heater work fine. There is a foyer/patio area in the front that students can hangout in. There is a driveway for cars. The garage does not work, it has no motor. Plenty of street parking. Neighbors are quiet. Safe neighborhood. It's a nice suburb looking neighborhood next to Cat Tracks and not too far from the campus via drive. Students will need their own beds and desks for their rooms. A common fridge is provided.
We are looking for clean students that will not conduct waste to the land and damage the property. Reasonable wear and tear is fine. We don't want alcohol and loud parties in the house. We are not allowing criminals at the house or students without financial backing to pay their rent each month. If you are serious about your schooling, this is THE place for you. Students must work together to keep the common areas clean. We also prefer to rent to students only and not a mixture of faculty and grad students. Mixing students with TA's can create conflict of interest issues that we would best like to prevent.
The landlords running this place are experienced. And I am their legal adviser. I will be assisting the landlords as often as I can. Leases can have reasonable modifications if there is a meeting of the minds. Any other questions? Feel free to ask! We are actually really chill, and want to help students succeed.
