About the house:
Welcome to this charming older home surrounded by trees, with lots of outdoor space to relax or study. This is a very tranquil home to escape the stresses of life. The available room has brand new carpet and fresh paint and is...
located directly next to the bathroom. The shared space (living room, kitchen, dining, bathroom) is mostly unused since I have my own wing of the house for living, and rarely use the kitchen, so you will have lots of privacy and space to yourself. Rent includes all utilities, wifi, cable TV, laundry room and ADT security.

About the home owner:
I am a professor at a Jr. College, female, mid 50s, animal lover, and I work PT from home in my private office. I have 3 mini poodles but they mostly stay in my private wing of the house. I'm also into cat rescue as a hobby, so there is a cat house located outside.

About the other tenant:
There is also a senior citizen male handyman living on site, a very kind-hearted person, very quiet, and has a separate living area (aka man cave) outside the main house. He never uses the living room or kitchen in the main house, only shares the bathroom.

Seeking:
I am looking for a quiet, respectful, friendly, mature and responsible person who loves animals. Female preferred.
